This isn’t one of my favourite episodes of DS9. Too much Bashir and O’Brien bromancing and not enough Jadzia Dax. Bashir is my least favourite Trek doctor although Dr Culber may overtake Bashir if he returns to Discovery somehow. Watching him die was strangely satisfying.
I enjoyed the pre-show warm up with Lost in Space. I’m not a soccer fan but appreciate your passion. I enjoyed the first season of Netflix Lost in Space 2018 but I can’t help comparing it to the original and the movie. The good thing about the movie was Mimi Rogers and the cameos from June Lockhart and Mark Goddard. I’m not sure about the whole marital strife stuff, but the character development of Judy and Penny is great. The new Will is more Will Wheaton than Billy Mumy. I can’t articulate my feeling about the new Dr Smith. Is it bad to hate her yet find her strangely alluring?
